Auto-logging off of UC

I am not sure if this is something with UC's website or something on my end but about once a week, I get auto-logged off and have to sign back in. Even with the Remember Me box checked. This happens both on my laptop and on my Android phone. Does anyone else experience this?

This occasionally happens but not once a week. Maybe once a month or two?

Once a week? Lucky. Happens to me 4 times a day. But only in Chrome on my iPad. On my PC it never logs me out

Interesting, thanks for the info. I am guessing it is a website issue. Maybe the Remember Me checkbox does nothing or handles it incorrectly?

I haven't had to log in on my laptop, desktop, or phone in quite some time. I've run into some glitches where if I've refreshed twice quickly, it has rarely logged me out. I don't really have an explanation for why the session token is erasing.

Doesn't sound like a website issue to me if it only happens on certain browsers. Check your security settings, esp. with regard to cookies, et al.

Yep, it's gonna be cookie related for sure. I used to have this problem but it went away when I changed the settings within my browser to retain certain cookes (no idea which one now, it was a couple years ago)
