I expected to like the borderless Blue Lagoon backs but for this release I prefer the bordered Green Galleon
I do however prefer the Blue Lagoons large one way courts and the jokers that G has attached (plus the Aces)
I will have to get both, maybe a couple of each?

Smooth like butter. It’s so slippery, that you can actually get butterfingers XD I tried fanning the Circus Freak deck, and if you don't grip it too hard, the cards will slip out.
Also, I don’t see many similarities of Green Galleon with A.Haines’s Albatros. I means, the two way design is similar, the artworks not.

Are you serious?
I am talking about the back design - concept not style.
They're Twins, not identical but twins just the same IMO - even the choice of green which is not a common choice

Many if not all these usual printers will be very slippery out of the box or if handled rarely. That is not the main indicator of a quality deck for fanning. The real quality will be known after multiple uses in order to see how the finish holds up. Do you frequently use the Circus deck and if so then approximately how often?

How does Marianne stand when it comes to AI?
I know fingers can always be tricky but I wonder about a couple
The QoH's little pinky looks huge to me
I know the middle and index finger are gripping the glass but the little finger seems far from little

Marianne has never announced an onboarding of this technology, nor do her projects give such indications.

While many creators claim to be old fashioned artists while presenting the most modern-looking graphics, Marianne's projects actually looks like traditional art.

Seems like it to me as well. And also what is that hat the KoH is wearing? Doesn't fit the style at all to me.

Also take a look at the Diamonds courts here. The JoD hand is HUGE with the longest fingers I think I've ever seen. Similarly the pinky on the QoD left hand seems very tiny. Hmmm.

You guys are not aware of the previous works of Marianne and Martin?
To your liking or not, these hands match the same artistic style of the courts from their other decks.

If you want to see strange hands, take a look at the rushed and unfinished looking hands of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy courts, where fingers are missing or have nonsensical proportions.

So what you are saying is that either
a. AI has been used on previous projects or
b. Marianne is an amazing artist, but chooses to have hands and fingers not represent true proportions whilst everything else is quite realistic

btw I did look at some previous court cards, and I do see small inconsistencies, but not along the lines of the above.

I don't have a problem with the use of AI but I have an issue with people using AI and not declaring it. Note that I am NOT saying that AI was definitively used here, just that I have multiple issues with the proportionality of the hands on several courts and one hate that I just don't understand why it looks like that.

That is correct.
The AI craze must have clouded your perception, which is a common but unfortunate effect.

Artists have fingerprints in their work.
Maybe you just discovered some of those in these artists.

Are you sceptical whether Stockholm17 uses AI too?
Take a look at the hands of JoH and KoH of Eye of The Ocean Part 2. Those are just 2 court examples of the hands that are further away are BIGGER than the hands that are close to us. Are you telling me that Lorenzo chooses to draw hands that do not represent true perspectives whilst everything else is quite realistic?
Please do not let the craze make you question his artistic legitimacy as well.

Yes laito, I think we need KS projects to state whether AI has or has not been used
I know the image is pretty small but I have just noticed that in the 2way deck the QoH's pinky is nowhere near as long

There are savings to be had by ordering multiples eg a mixed half brick works out at 120 DKK each deck compared to the individual price of 159 DKK (that's 25% off)
BUT you are forced to buy mixed bricks - no discount if you wanted a half brick of just one edition

As you can see here, Strag, for some it is not just an opinion but a craze that has them all wind up about a pinky.
That is why I wanted to provide some knowledge so you can both calm down.

Honeybee, it almost sounds like you want to throw shade on Mariannes generous bulk offers, which by default are both more numerous and recurring than for most other top tier creators.
Also, KS already has an AI disclaimer in place for when it is used.
