Lotrek - A recent example is the Breaking Bad deck. The Spade and Club were just a bit to similar. You have to know the suit in an instant while peeking... I talked to the artist and he knows the mistake. It won't happen again. Wish I could tell you his name. Everyone makes mistakes before you become popular...

I'll not be lonesome in expressing my intense gratitude to and sincere admiration for young Lotrek for all his admirable talents and varied accomplishments in producing this Darkly Fantastic and Daring Deck of Wonders.
Lotreks application to detail in Art, Production and Execution is equal to the very best, and likely unsurpassable in some areas.
Thank you sooo much Lotrek .... you are a Certifiable Treasure.

Don't change a thing. It's just a coincidence! An elegant, macabre coincidence. :)

I am utterly disappointed that I just found out about this deck... I would have snatched up a deck of the regular edition and BLACK MASS edition, especially at that steal of a price. I just pledged $40 to receive a regular and limited edition (1/500) version of a different deck, and would've loved to start off my collection with the first deck to be printed on black stock. Lotrek, you are killing it with these designs.

Now I just gotta find out who pledged for a BLACK MASS edition without realizing its value... I need to buy this off someone.

I'm sure they will pop up on ebay soon, and all the resellers (like GW/AoP).

I gotta make sure I start searching the day they start being shipped out because I really want one of those Black Mass decks. I'm sure they will be $60 or more resale, but it's so worth it.

I'm intrigued, curious and somewhat wary to know what inspired you to come up with these macabre visions. :o

ICONS production, I guess!

But seriously, there is something that attracts me to that kind of art which I cannot explain and normally it shouldn't be there, as I'm a joyful and positive person.
I wanted to create something "tastefully macabre" as you very accurately called it. Sinister but without blood, rotten flesh or poured out intestines. This is the easy way and I find it boring. I don't know how much I succeeded, I hope I'm not too far from my vision.

Lotrek -

I've been trying to reach you via PMs on KS and UC without successs.

KS has totally botched the collection of my pledge and rather than fix what they admitted was a problem at their end, waited until it was too late and my pledge was cancelled by their system.

I do very much want to get (and pay for) my pledge; could you PM me so we could work something out?

Black Mass will be ready in a few days!

ICONS had priority and since both were printed by the same company, Black Mass was a bit delayed. Saying that I'm pleased describes nothing. I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Looks amaizing! The true black on black!

Can you take a picture of the side of the deck, so we can see how a black deck really looks like?
