I don't know of any collectors from Portugal except this guy who is one of the first to get Lotrek decks and consistently marks them up insanely, 167% in this case.

I purchased this a few months ago now, from an Aussie thrift store in Queensland. They obviously had no idea what they had. Listed as a TCC box set, but in actual fact, it's a long time sold old Ark Playing Cards Time Machine Classic set, that is selling for anywhere between $150USD to $200USD. Also picked up the Manipulator sold out box set by Vermillion Collection (I think these were limited to about 170 or so) for the same price of $15. Bundled shipping @ $10 and this was the best eBay buy of my life. God bless crackheads.
