Thanks for posting the link. Turns out, this one can only be viewed if you have the link (it is "unlisted"). Apparently, so is his review of the standard edition, so it's still not easy to see a comparison between them.
Thanks for the review, Victor! Let's see the others!

If you are US based it's not going to be as good value from us, naturally - but they are definitely worth picking up, especially as the hard outer case won't be used for the second run.

I have to be a hater and use some logic. Why pay $50-$100 for this when all it is just a red and black coloration of the other decks with the same exact cards? If this was priced at $20-$25, it's reasonable but like other posters commenting on the first edition of Rarebits, etc. just because a deck is rare doesn't mean you have to get it. Most of us spend money on decks we like regardless of price because we like and really want them but just ONLY an alternate color is a no go to me. Yes I would still get it if reasonably priced for me in the future.

I'm glad I won one courtesy of JP playing cards but as I said before, these are not really rare. The standard edition had a print run of 15k, the heat edition 10k, and the bankroll edition 5k. The only reason it's "rare" is b/c Jason is not selling the bankroll edition. He is giving them away for bulk purchases, gifts, and prizes. This is a false rarity created by jason.

I think the term "rare" in this case is perspective. Don't get me wrong- I think the word is thrown around WAY too much nowadays. But in this case, for example, even if there were 1 million bankrolls printed as long as JP held onto them and only gave them out sparingly, I'd consider them rare in the sense that they're not easy to come by. Are emus rare? Probably not- but I've never seen one. So I'd consider seeing one rare.
However I do agree with you that it's misleading to the amount of decks actually printed. I don't think I'll ever own the Bankroll edition because it's not worth $100 to me.

If your in the US try http://www.CollectablePlayingCards.com, use my coupon code "sparkz" for a 12% discount and his domestic shipping is very reasonable.

I'm going to second Spark's post. I got my cards from CPC as well with the discount code. As already mentioned, shipping was fair and quick.

Just a heads-up as we get closer to our annual Deck of the Year contest, I have already received a pair of Run "Bankroll" edition decks and one goes in the prize pool, and I am expecting to have a signed deck to add, soon.
I have already talked about the new prize selection process, so hopefully these two will go to good homes.
By the way, the decks all have custom courts, pips, everything. I will take some pix and post them in the "Look what I added..." thread soon. Awesome new presentation!

I seen my "hater" comment from almost 9 years ago. I've seen the Bankroll Edition during the years being sold for like $50 and under. I still wouldn't get it since it's so many better red and black decks. I like the original green tuck.
I do have a "like new" used version of the Heat edition.
