Yep, got my pre-order in, but it says I have multiple surveys for this project, one incomplete and one completed. Anyone know what's up with that?

As long as your main project Backerkit survey is filled out I will be able to combine the Special edition orders manually.

Yep it is, just wanted to make sure since I didn't receive a confirm from backerkit for filling out the one today. Thanks Jackson.

You'll get a confirmation it just takes like 5-10 mins

At this point the special edition decks are now sold out. Thanks for your patience and apologies if you had technical difficulties during the process.

Well crap. I finished checkout but now it tells me survey incomplete and cart zero. Does that mean I missed out? If so anyone spare one for me?

Oh, I see. I missed out too. I guess it went live for all backers of the decks period. Not just the guys who had pledged for the gilded decks to begin with. While that sucks for me, I guess it's a winfall for someone who didn't pledge for gilded to begin with. Good for them I guess, they get copies of my $35 decks for Six bucks. I really hope it was one of the A1 backers, that way they get almost everything my pledge is for and had to spend less than the cost of one of my gilded decks. Absolutely hilarious.

Well, that really sucks :x ...I wish there was more 'heads up' than a couple hours  ...those in Asia Pacific really got the short end of the stick on this one :?

What the heck happened? I pledged for Silvers but didn't receive any e-mail about these.
This is why I was suggesting 1-for-1 with what was originally pledged - so people who already pledged couldn't miss out.

Exactly... Update #10 came like after midnight unannounced saying that the link will be sent in a couple hours.. how would backers from asia pacific would know you are releasing the special edition?

I only know about it when it was sold out. :(

Well if he had sent the link to backers who pledged for gilded decks by msg in KS. All he had to do to keep it lean was start with the people who were in for X, make a limit of X. Go to the next tier rinse repeat. Wouldn't have been an issue. Apparently, this way was easier. I'm having a laugh about it myself. Kind of irritated at first but it's pointless to feel that way, done is done. I really do hope an A1 tier backer got what would have been my couple of decks. Their $32 vs my $112, Good for them! I don't remember what shipping was.

Agreed...I thought it would only go out to the Silver backers as Jackson himself stated, but it seems you are right as there is no way that 100 out of the 125 backers got a White Gilded and regular pledgers must have gotten them instead. Truly a bummer :?

I knew this was going to be a mad race and so I didn't try to get anything more from this project. I already have my Legacy deck so I'm happy enough with that and the display decks. The only gilded decks I would rush to get at this point are Uusis' (unless this Legacy deck proves to be just as good; it would be my first).

I didn't receive any email saying the link would be coming soon, only one I got was the update with the link.

I am disappointed. I live in Australia and woke up this morning to see that I missed my opportunity. What is even more disappointing is that I set my alarm for 1:30am to get the Uusi Pagan Tarots and only missed Jackson's email by an hour or so. I would have stayed up if I knew about it. I was one of the backers who pledged $580 for the most expensive tier and feel I should have been given a better chance to buy these. I am not saying I deserved it more, I am willing to fight the crowd like everyone else, but 24 hours notice would have been respectful to everyone. It wouldn't have been that difficult.

I spent the last 34 years living in Canada and never had time zone issues with playing card releases but since being in Australia for 2 months I have already missed a couple opportunities because of lack of notice. It really is an issue for overseas buyers who are just as supportive as their North American friends. I hope playing card companies or designers start to see that in the future. 24 hours notice doesn't hurt a sole and would reach supportive paying customers across the entire world.

I agree... this has been a big flop. Seems like the issue just needed resolving in any way.

Slightly annoyed now. I don't think I got in, despite making it through backerkit, putting in my CC, and getting a confirmation.

But reading through Kickstarter, it seems like the link was available to EVERYONE. That's not cool. Apparently only people with silver tiers got the e-mail, but anyone had a shot at the link. That does not seem to be the spirit of the solution Jackson proposed.

Highly disappointed. Silver were supposed to have first dibs before opening to all. Doesn't look like that happened. I hope this is rectified, e.g., people who don't have a silver tier have their order cancelled.

Only two non Silver Edition backers made it through that I am aware of and will be refunded their money. Even thought the Kickstarter update system allows you to limit which tiers get notified it doesn't limit all backers from still logging on and reading the update anyways (even if their tier wasn't selected) This is something I assumed worked differently, but does not and now seems like a useless feature within the KS system.

Welp, guess can't complain if it was only 2. Situation sucks for those not getting in. Figured it would be an issue, but was hoping I'd be on the plus side. Can't win them all.

Jackson, should I post on Kickstarter for Brendan to check if I made it in? Or will my PM to you suffice? As I said, despite getting a confirmation, I think it's for no items which is stupid.

Are those 4 decks that were pledged by non Silver Backers still available?

I suspect the white glided edition will be more valuable than the silver glided edition considering how:

Its more limited (125 vs 200 for silver edition)
Its cheaper (From experience, cheap decks which are very limited usually goes for high prices on ebay)

Now I am not sure how those other silver edition backers who did not have the chance to get the white edition will feel, considering how now the limited-ness of their decks are now diluted by this white glided edition :|

With these being that limited it was bound to result in some of us missing out. Let's look forward to the "real" Emerald decks, the ones we pledged for in the first place instead. :)

What will differ between the normal white tuck/display playing deck and the white tuck gilded deck? The seal?

From the sound of it, the seals will be different and of course the cards gilded.
