This is fair warning to Happymongrel that if I don't receive a reply about the mylar tucks in the next 4 days then they will have to go to the next runner-up: RJTomlinson. If that happens RJ, I will need to know the sizes of the tucks you want them for.

It is a true testament to how awesome UC and this contest is. This far down and there are still a great assortment to choose from. I would be happy with any of the tiers left but I am going to go with Tier 12 because I only have one of the decks in it so these will all be welcome additions. My most humble thanks Strag.

Your turn adhex5150... :ugdance:

And so it boils down to me. Sadly though, I already have multiples of the items in the last tier left available, so if it is ok, I would prefer to defer them to the next person in line that could really use them in their collection. But thank you to all involved.

So, DragonSoul, if you can Use the items in Tier 19, they're all yours.

Darn, I shipped one today international and just got the shipping details for two more today, but #4 is still awaiting instructions. I ended up with 4 out of 4 being international, which unlike domestic Priority Mail - doesn't get there in 2 or 3 days after the post office admits they have them, more like that many weeks and 3× (Canada only) and 4× as expensive anywhere else.

I am in awe of your generosity, letting your prize go to next in line!

I'm going to contact you by PM and see if we can't figure out something comparable that you don't already have. I have not tallied up the total estimated value of all the prizes for this year, but I am guessing that we went over $5000 I feel sure. Last year was closer to $3000 including the couple of extra items Jackson donated after we finished voting, and I would not be surprised to see it 50% more than my first guess.

What a contest! What an amazing and diverse group of people we have here, as well! You've gotta love this place, it's almost too good to be true.

Thanks for helping restore my faith in humanity, chach - almost speechless, but I seem to always be able to write a novella. ;)

One more time: we knocked it out of the park (American baseball metaphor) this year, and one more time from all of us to Kai: simply because you care, this year turned out to be fun, entertaining and any way you look at it - WAY over the top!

Damn, that's a nice bonus there. I don't think I've seen the Triangle Prototype deck before.

Wow, so the shipping listing was correct. Yet another tier that included surprise bonus items! :ugdance: Thanks once again to all the prize contributors, the admins (esp Kai) and a huge thanks to Jackson for being so generous! This is actually my first coin and I'm really surprised how much I like it. Coins seemed cool, but for the price and not having a collection or commonly using them in games kept me away. This may sway me to get more. Since I have 2 of the club edition, plus the gold, I'll definitely be keeping the clubs sealed at least for the moment. Which also will be a first for me, other than some duplicates I have from the Halloween sale which will likely get sold. These will be keepers though and because I asked that he sign on the tuck and he so kindly did so, the gold us already opened so no guilt in being able to check out the deck. <self psychology hack> This really is a deck that is much more appreciated in person and is a really great design. I also really love the tuck material of the gold deck as it's apparently a plastic/vinyl material which I wasn't previously aware of.

Anyhow, thanks again all and Jackson for being awesome as always!

Yeah! These arrived today! Thank you Dan for donating and huge thanks again to Chach for passing them on to me!! :ugdance:

Wow, lately I seem to be accumulating more uncuts than I had ever originally intended. I guess I'd better figure out some framing options now! :D

Hi, I received my prizes from Jackson Robinson on February 9th (that was really fast), but I just got around to taking pictures now.
There was an inventory snafu so instead of the Federal 52 Anything is Possible Bottle I was offered (and happily accepted) this instead...

I had also asked if it was possible for me to purchase one of these too and just have it included with the rest of the stuff, but again he was very generous and just included it at no cost:

Thanks so much to Jackson and all the other designers, manufacturers and members here that donated prizes.
This was a lot of fun and I thought it was great that so many different members got to take home a prize.
I think that next year I will also try and come up with a couple of things to donate as prizes.

- Mark

Jackson has always outdone himself with the Decks of the Year contest, and as I recall added two extra really nice prizes to the pool last yearl. Kudos!

Received my decks from Cbkimble, which were very well packed against the ravages of the USPS. Thank you, kind sir!

Allow me to add my voice to the choir when I say that this contest was very well run, the prize donors very generous, and the actual results truly representative. In hindsight, I wish it had occurred to me (and to more of all of us) to give a shout-out to the Different Deck as best campaign, but that's not to take away from my original choice nor from the eventual winner, both of which were also fantastic. As has been mentioned multiple times here, we enjoyed an embarrassment of riches in 2014, with far more excellent decks to choose from than slots to put them in.

And, if I dare say so, 2015 is already off to a very strong start. Oh, my!

"and 2 out of 3 ain't bad" quoting Meatloaf.

I predict slavich's to be the last to arrive. For some reason, the Czech Republic can't be shipped from home - it's the only country I ever tried to print postage for and found "you can't do that". Third trip and repackaging and I finally got it.

Just for the record, there's a reason the Tyvek envelopes don't appear as an option for some countries. Apparently some patent dispute as best I can tell? Repacking it in two small flat rate boxes and that inside a padded envelope (wrapped around a Tyvek envelope you can't see) was accepted.

Any ideas why, buddy?
