mtsedwards72 wrote: Fri Apr 05, 2024 12:59 am At the risk of necroing the thread, has anyone got any word on this deck and its ETA/availability? I'm a KS gal meself and if it's not being crowdfunded, I tend to miss out on all the goodies :(
You can subscribe to the topic to get an email if anyone posts in this thread. It can be a great way to get the notification you seek as it's likely we'll be posting about it here. And then if a KS notification link emerges, you can use that.
Thank you, my friend! Will do!

Some early stuff in the works as Chris continues to work with Russ to develop this project. Additional add-ons (boxes, deck stands, etc.) are being explored.

The artwork is classy. It looks more biblical or ancient Rome than the Pied Piper story I grew up with but it still looks good.

I don't have strong feelings about the Pied Piper story but these cards look really cool.

It’s been a long time coming. Thanks for being patient with us!

If you want more info, I created a landing page on our website where I’ll be sharing more of the backstory, chronicling our trip to Hamelin last year, and other cool stuff about the project.

I looked through this thread and the webpage and do not see anything about when these will be available. I may have missed it. Earlier in this thread a spring 2024 time frame was given.

We shifted things in 2024 so we could release Forged and Jazz. Pied Piper is now slated for early 2025. Waiting on samples from Bosciero and Newton for photographs. More to come!

Nobody questions that RG is a talented card designer but looking at he faces of the 3 courts above and I find it off-putting that they all have the same expression

Not to minimize your dislike of them, but I believe this to be a device used to maintain the theme of the suit.
