Every time I checked out one of each tier it said sold out so I came to that assumption. So people checkout high amount just to figure out how many total decks there are? Kinda messed up when people are trying to get one.

Nobody said that they wouldn't reprint these, or that 10,000 was all that were made. I would be surprised if they didn't sell more - possibly much more.

10,000 is a reasonable number to print on the first run.

I woke up way late and realized while pouring my cereal a few mins ago that these should be available. Was able to get 4 no problem as well as a pair of Black Lion seconds.

Now to finish my Frosted Flakes and wait to see if I want to get some Silver Arrows

I tried to order a deck using Paypal for Payment and got the error msg below. Anyone else seen this?

I tried until just past midnight to no avail. It turns out that their CC/Debit systems are down. Once they fix them I won't get the 20% discount. Just my luck, I get screwed.

Not totally screwed. If you look at the bright side they are honoring 15% off until Monday. Just don't forget to use the promo code.

There is always the artificial rarity of out of print decks but as Mike mentioned there is no mention of these not being reprinted . Add that to the fact that we know there was at least 10K printed and I wouldn't think they would go up too much but you never know.

Anyone's deck being shipped out yet?

I received a notification on November 30th saying it has been shipped. It went to Grand Prairie, TX and then to North Texas and now it is in Grapevine, TX. I know Texas is a big state, but c'mon now.

Mine says its arriving on monday, also in TX atm it seems.

Remember, Eddie (Gambler's Warehouse fulfillment center) does their shipping now. I show they hit my mailbox today after 3PM, but I got back home around 1. I will go check it out in the morning.

I got my order in today. These were $220.00 per brick, minus $44.00 for the 20% Black Friday promotion, plus $8.00 shipping for a total of $184.00. That comes to $15.33 per deck shipped! That's for MetalLuxe decks in blinged out tuck boxes with embossing, spot UV printing, and foiling. Ever since Blaine came out with his Split Spades custom decks (which is still one of my all-time favorite custom decks), he's consistently put out well-designed decks of the highest quality priced at great value.

Here are some details on these decks:

They come in a mnemonic stack.
They have 3 Jokers, with no reveals.
There is 1 extra card (not an ad card) with the phrase, "and...paris", which is also on the top of the tuck.
The card faces have gold and red metallic ink, not MetalLuxe.
They are not traditionally cut, they faro naturally from back-to-face (I wish these had a traditional cut instead).
There is no tuck seal, which I like because I find they only get in the way and gunk up the tuck.
All the spot/number cards have the correct amount of pips.

The only real criticism I have with this deck is that the back border is on the wide side. But I get that if you're going to make a deck with such a high production cost that is associated with MetalLuxe backs, you understandably want to give yourself a little more cushion to reduce the margin of error in the printing to minimize loss due to potential misprints. I always thought T11's Gold Monarch was the best MetalLuxe deck that's been produced so far, but these gold Gatorbacks take the title for me. This deck is another strong contender for Deck of the Year.
