I will get that gilded The Dude depends on price (and bundle deal)
Getting the gilded variant of the Dude, I somewhat feel bad of not getting Madam Laveau Patronium haha
Also... we haven't seen the courts yet. Hopefully it's a new artwork! (preferably anthropomorphic penguins XD )

Ocelot, I'm pretty sure Lorenzo's Patreon post asked not to share those yet...
Anyway folks, we're happy to announce that the campaign will go live at 2PM eastern (New York) time tomorrow - Tuesday, April 30th. That's 11am Pacific (California) time, and I'm sure you can extrapolate for other time zones from there.
Here is the link where you can sign up to be notified when the campaign launches:

Thank you!

Todayβs the big day!
Launching at 2pm eastern (a little less than 7 hours from the time of this post).
There are some early birds for 48 hours.
The main pledge items are the Dude Standard Edition (blue), the Golden Snowflake edition (Gilded), and the Herr Ingo mini deck.
We also have uncut sheets of all decks, plus a fantastic collector coin.
See you all there!

Thanks to everyone for the early support! We're calling the official time at about 6.5 minutes to be fully funded. Amazing!
This is officially the "coolest" set of playing cards ever made!
Our early birds will be running for about another 47 hours - snag 'em while they're hot! Or cool. Or cold. Ice cold. Yeah, thats it!

Most likely not, since they're in-stock with free worldwide shipping on the Penguin website already. Not much reason to let KS take a cut on those particular decks, but feel free to grab them direct!

Being a backs man, especially B+W and patterned, I still prefer all my Emperors
The only decks I have more of are the Honeybees - I am obviously a big PM supporter
My surname begins with OD but I guess I'm not an ODD man - or maybe I am (obviously not a cool Dude

)

Emperor & Honeybee are among my favorites as well - very proud to have dreamt those up and worked with such amazing artists to bring them to life. More coming soon in the Honeybee series, but I won't derail this thread with that!

backer 350 something here - just a single set at the moment, but I havenβt had the time to look at it much - so probably a few more of this or that before its over

Since you're active here, any plans on including Malaysia in your free shipping list? I had, a few years back, requested this and did all the verification required but to no avail. I read recently on Reddit that a fellow Malaysian did the same thing but still no free shipping for Malaysia. Any chance you can look into it?

I'm backing just for a standard deck. If they'd done the gilding in a light blue with the standard tuck, I'd have been all over that though.

"The main illustrations of the court & number cards match those of other decks in the Odd Fellows series, with their own color scheme & quirks for The Dude."

This is what's stopping me pledging: the same courts.
The colour scheme is quite cool (ha!), but I don't really like penguins

Please shoot me a note to kevin (at) penguinmagic.com and I'll see what I can do. I'm on the Production side of things, and live acoss the country from our warehouse, so I don't personally have too much sway over the shipping or ordering process via the main website.
I know that some countries in the past have been taken off the default drop-down option due to high instances of fraud (Stolen CC numbers being used, etc) but that we have verification options in place to use on a case-by-case basis. I'm sorry to hear that this hasn't worked out in the past.
For the campaign, since those orders will be handled manually by our warehouse after coming in from Kickstarter, and not going through our own website/checkout system, there shouldn't be any issues for any backers from any particular countries.
Thanks!

The Dude courts are based on the Capt Spindel Webber courts. They have a new color scheme and new small details, but they're overall very similar to the earlier ones. This was Lorenzo's choice for this deck. We dig them!
