The initial sketch of the King of Clubs has been completed!
Macbeth was a Scottish general and loyal to Duncan prior to the prophecies from the Three Witches. After that, he sought power through murder and tyranny.

The initial sketch of the Queen of Clubs is complete.
Driven by her desire for power, she's willing to go to extreme lengths to achieve it. Her cunning and persuasive nature allow her to influence and control her husband, encouraging him to commit heinous acts in pursuit of their shared ambitions.

The initial draft of the Jack of Hearts is complete.
Macduff is a loyal and courageous figure who becomes a key player in the downfall of the tragic protagonist. Driven by a deep sense of justice and patriotism, Macduff serves as a formidable opponent to Macbeth, ultimately leading to his demise.

Lennox is a young Thane under Duncan, who joined Macbeth's court. He would later defect to Malcolm's side and bring reinforcements for the final fight.

The limited back design looks stunning,
As for the standard one I kinda like version 2 more, looks more cohesive.

I think version 1 of the standard looks much better. My first thought was needs more contrast, and a monochromatic back instantly makes me think of Riffle Shuffle and thus lowers my estimation of the design. But yeah the limited is great.

Interesting point made here. I'm going to let things stew before deciding on what to go for.

The Limited Edition back is stunning and I could just about be sold for the solid spade pips alone. My only reservation is the club pips

Between Version 1 and Version 2 of the backs, I'd go Version 1 all the way. The Limited version is absolutely top notch.

I agree, our illustrator really pulled all the stops for the Limited Edition. As for the Standard Edition, we're working on a couple of revisions to experiment other options. I'll post them here once I get them, as always.
