Tried and it states "Service Disputes cannot be filed after 105 days from the transaction date" Guess we are out of luck.

No update since the 6th November. No comment from Shane since 21 November. On 6th November the cards were coming "soon" but obviously nothing since then. Should note that back on 16th Sep (!) he promised to do weekly updates. Yeah, there have been three since then. Not cool at all. With a mid-six figure amount raised between the two KS and well over 1000 backers... well this is very very disappointing.

Oh one more thing... this funded on 10 December.... 2013!!!

I guess he's waiting for December 10th to release an anniversary update lol

I'm going to go out on a limb. I talked to Shane recently. I think he means well and everyone will get their stuff, but I do think he has lost a lot of trust in the community especially if they don't get it by Christmas. I don't think there's a chance in hell that anyone will receive them by Christmas, expect for those very few who have received partials (which consisted of a "likeness" poster for some that actually backed to get themselves illustrated into the deck). I sent a PM to Shane and he responded that it has been a HUGE body of work (which it has) and that he expects to make an update after the PDF of the anthology is done which should be "soon".

Seems clear that he bit off quite a lot and also had his other work to do in the meantime which has interfered. Whilst I understand all that, it's still very disappointing for the lack of communication and the overall delay of delivery over a year past funding date.

If anything this just further exemplifies that a creator should have at the very least the bulk of the artwork done before the projects begins or at the very least by the time it ends, this is just dragging on for far too long, just like the Kingdoms of a New World and others for the very same reasons.

We'll be putting up a massive update with all of the shipping images and what have you here very soon. I wanted to put this up as today is, as a friend pointed out, Friday the 13th.

December and January were largely spent packing and fulfilling small orders (coins, extras, and add-ons) as well as sorting out the delivery for the tarot cards, which still ended up being delayed because of customs issues. Which however has thankfully been sorted (again more to come on that educational experience).

Today we received the last of the TWD cards, the limited decks. Though I've had and posted images of the unlimited cards (which are the same as the Limited) I wanted to post some images for you guys of what will very shortly be arriving in your mailboxes...about 13 months after we got started..

I am a terrible person because literally only after Jason told me he updated this thread did I think to come here and look. I mean Russell had said something about restless natives but I thought it had just been remarks by my good buddy Erik.

I'm not taking your money and drinking Pina Coladas somewhere. I am still quite salient as I have never stopped working on other project work. I haven't treated your support like a credit card to smurf off. I let my ego tell me that I could do more than I could do in too short a time frame. I know that's a terrible explanation but it's what happened. I know you're anxious to have your stuff, and I am anxious to give it to you. However, I was adamant about not being done until it was done. I let my OCD compound the problem my ego made for me. I'm sorry for not being realistic at the start, but not for making sure that the product is as good as I could make it.

The criticism about not keeping you guys in the loop is legit. I was ashamed I never had anything concrete other than "Hey I fixed some legs that bothered me, changed the color scheme again, and tried 2 new mapping designs." I never had anything real to say, that wouldn't be contradicted when I needed to approve something from Bicycle that got delayed, or got involved finishing out other work. I should have said it anyway, warts and all. I should have let you guys unload on me for it too. Because sometimes, having put up with enough shit elsewhere, you have to say what's eating you. I get it. I am sorry that I haven't been better at it.

I hope when you have it in your hands, you at least like what you're holding. If not, then at least I can say you got as good a thing as I could make.

And Russell, if I am never another "100k big dog" then that's okay. It wasn't what I set out to be anyway, and you know that dude. We've discussed that before when you were talking about your old style deck. It was always about making something awesome. I hope I can keep doing that. If I do, rest assured I will not be repeating these mistakes. It'll be a whole new set of mistakes. I can promise though that I'll learn from those as well.

Thanks for the patience you've shown so far. I am legitimately sorry that I never thought to check this thread. I should have done that too. If any of you ever need to reach me you can use the contact form on my site, or just email me. I will do my best to help you if I can.

Ha, Ha I got mine, but it was a simple pledge. I didn't order the Tarot deck or any "Fluff" items. If I were Shane, I wouldn't have let out I was sending the decks out. I would just do it. That just opens the door for "I want mine now!" It seems like no fulfillment company. He is doing it on his own.
