I just saw this since i'm fairly new to collecting. But this seems like the marketing technique of the Darkside - INFERNO cards campaign?!?! Correct me if i'm wrong, I feel so woke after reading this...
Peoples opinions differ on limited editions, gilding, etc - and one might argue that all marketing is a technique of the darkside by its nature - but to be fully woke on the topic I would say one would have to try to build a brand without it.
A few dozen years ago I ran a computer store in a large city - I hated marketing techniques and thought it would be best to price all the software in even dollar amounts - no 24.99 for me, I demanded the store price it at 25.00. You know what happened? Sales stank and we were forced to face the music and adopt standard, proven, successful techniques.
Big dreams require big risks - and certainly this campaign reaches for the stars in its breadth - and that just ups the ante. Such pressures of finance, the hopes of your grand plan succeeding - they will all wake you right out of your boots.

Actually, I just felt that the constant add ons with the fastest fingers firsts are really annoying too, like just be upfront and bam.

Very well put @GandalfPC - as always, one might add.
It often feels like mundus vult decipi, ergo decipiatur and everything else is being Don Quichote fighting wind mills.
I'm definitely going to watch the launch stream a bit and I'll see if I find a way to pick some cherries later in the campaign. If not, I'm happily looking forward to the Beetlebacks with Widakk .
Best of success for the campaign - but not more than $333,333 please, haha.

Anyone changing their mind going for the sarcophagus instead of the 5 deck set?
If we are still guessing, then I'm going for an optimistic $355,029
Good luck!

I'll go with $369,000 because why not? I do want that prototype tier but I'm worried it'll get snagged before I can get it.

I already guessed that this will be the final amount the campaign raises.

I gave it some serious thought, but ultimately am going to pass on the sarcophagus. I even sold off some cards/art prints to secure the funds. In the end, as beautiful as it is, I would have only picked it up for the Prism edition and ~$200 is too much just to get to the Prism deck, for me. It occurred me that (if they are available) I can pick up another Dynastinae and Monarch for less than the box. Also, the decks look so good, I would rather display them in a Carat case that have them hidden in the sarcophagus. So my plan is to go for the 8 deck set and try to get additional Dynastinae and Monarchs.
So all of you going for the top tiers have one less competitor.
Edit: Saw the brickbox on the livestream, I think im going for a brick

Do you guys know which link we're supposed to use to get into it quickly? I've never been part of a campaign right when it begins before!
Notification will email you when it launches - but I have found the best way to get in fast is to go to the created projects page and refresh around launch time:

I couldn't get the prototype tier in time but I'll await the Sarcophagus at least. Can't always win. What will frustrate me though is if I see the top tier in reseller's hands.
I wish it was quicker with telling you the tier is unavailable rather than letting the confirm button perpetually spin. I had to go back through the process and pledge for the lesser tier. Backer 120 as a result.
Okay, I've aired out my frustrations. Back to work!

Funded in 7 minutes - You can also keep your eye out for someone to drop the top tier - could happen anytime but certainly good to keep an extra eye out the last hour or two of the campaign

You see so many resellers in the RLLE Exchange group on Facebook. When the recent Steve Minty campaign started delivering pledges, there were more than a few of the limited edition pyramids being sold. And what makes it worse, hardly anyone ever puts the asking price in the post. /rant

Managed to be backer 12 with the prototype tier. Not a reseller here, so no worries on that front.

Backer 92. I ended up going for the 5-deck set after all and I am going to try to pick up a second Dynastinae and Monarch

The shipping is crazy though. I live like 3 hours by car from the fulfillment center in Germany and I pay 40 EUR for the shipping (brick tier). That must the most expensive shipping ever.

If there's any doubt how amazing these cards and tuck boxes look in person, here's a quick look at the 4 limited edition decks! If an amateur like me can make these look this good, imagine how good these will look in your hands!
Please note these are the prototypes so final version may vary (for example, Dynastinae Prism will have holofoil on card backs).

Same here, shipping is like twice as it should be for Europe. Can anything be done at this point Omar?

I promise if the amount of shipping is inaccurate that I will make it up to backers in some way. But the reality is worldwide shipping in 2022 is just really expensive.
