Echo Playing Cards is an exploration into what is possible with a deck of cards. Our back design features a simple, yet elegant, pattern resembling carbon fiber, and a circle in the center to emphasize movements of each packet. But where this deck really shines is the faces. We made the bold choice of removing all suits from the faces and replaced them with the same circle from the back. This creates visual effects that no other deck is capable of. When a packet is flipped, the circle in the center continues spinning in 3D space. Additionally, with circles on every face of every packet, eye-catching circles reverberate throughout and enhance each flourish.
Cardists and audiences will love the effects produced by the amazing Echo Playing Cards!

While I appreciate the concept of this deck (and the floating circle visual when flipping cards is great), I feel this deck is reduced to being a one-trick pony at the expense of being a more functional deck. The lack of pips or courts render this deck even worse than a lot of other "minimalist" decks out there as far as card play is concerned. But I get it, your target demographic isn't collectors or poker players, but cardists, which I appreciate. But any novelty achieved in packet routines with the single central circle is negated by the fact that any type of fans or spreads will be terribly plain. I feel it would've been better if you replicated the concentric circular design you had on the tuck box on the back and front of the cards instead, with the center circles being a different, bolder color. This way you still would've maintained the visual effect of the floating circle in the center, but have a more interesting design overall that would've been at least slightly more conducive to other cardistry moves. Finally, I don't know who the printer is, but $16.00 per deck before shipping is a bit excessive imo for what you end up with.

USD16??? For that kinda $, you might as well buy a FW17 Virts or NDO deck. Those decks also made sure handling is a top priority , besides just the visuals.

That pic reminds me of that Kickstarter Army Men deck that never got fulfilled. At least I was one of the few who got a refund.

Well, I like the orange background. Oh I'm sure this will definitely sell out as all the rare-ophiles will definitely have to get in on this limited 444 deck [emoji39]

It's funny because it's true... wait, actualy it isn't funny. Get your s**t together USPC.
As a compromise; maybe they could f++k up the borders as much as they want on decks like this, but then take care about proper alignment on decks I care for.

USPCC has a minimum run of 1,000. If they're claiming 444 decks, that's pretty disingenuous unless they're taking the other 556 and gilding them, or burning them, or...

At least it says 444 "available on initial release" and not something else more blatantly stating that only 444 made or super limited edition of 444.
So while they probably aren't technically lying, it may be considered at least misleading as someone not really paying attention and sees 444 may think they are more limited than they are, but I think people that buy decks based on "limited" or low numbers available are just silly to begin with.
Good or bad decks are good or bad based on their design, not quantity printed.

Seems like there will be another colour of Echo coming soon. They dropped a tutorial for Ghandi's Flip Flop by Daniel Lin on their channel in which he uses blue Echoes.

If the backs were like the box they'd be much better. Still not great, but better.

Was thinking the same thing. Could have cool effect on the faces too. There's a lot of different directions they could go to make this a gem.
