Hello UC members! I'm Marco from Italy.
I joined this forum since June, but i never introduced myself yet.
My interest in playing cards started in 2011 when i was a semi-pro poker player, but only got few "standard" and cheap decks in that period.
I played poker tournaments mostly in Europe between 2011-2014, and a couple of WSOP main events in Vegas.
I work as ATC (Air Traffic Controller) in Italy since 1996, and in late 2014 i got a promotion at work to Supervisor, so my role (with new work shifts and business) forced me to stop playing poker due lack of time and opportunities to get free from work to travel around for tournaments.
Since then, as a "placebo", i started to be interested in collecting playing cards. I started with few classical Bicycle and Theory11 decks.
Now i own a collection of 500+ decks. My favourites are Lotrek, Lorenzo and Giovanni.

Welcome. If you really like Lotrek, Lorenzo and Giovanni's work you will fit in here. They are great playing card artists.

Feel free to step in and say what you like or don't like about upcoming or newly released decks.

Pull up a chair and I'll let someone else deal you in. Now that I know you are good at poker, I'll move to another game for awhile.

Welcome! Those 3 are definitely beloved artists here. As good as their art is, their status here is as much for their wonderful participation and engagement here as it is for their work.

I probably stepped into some of his. Is it you??
I usually don't follow so much flight simulations, as it could result a little "frustrating", because it's like you come back home really tired from work and you start "simulating" your own job...
