Wow another realease from T11. They seem to be coming thick and fast lately. I reckon it's more than likely I will snag a few of these though.

I'll probably pick one up eventually, it looks like it could be quite a nice color in person

Probably not what you think :/. I doubt they only print so few that they can sell out in one weekend, they'll probably release it again later

T11 said on IG that they are limited and once they sell out, they will be gone. Better pick them up sooner than later or else you will be paying ridiculous prices on eBay.

Hmm... I would say exactly the opposite is the case. To stay interesting and to prepare for future releases a small limited deck that people are crazy about, talking about and pay high prices on eBay for, is effective and cheap advertising.
Monarchs are a legendary/classic deck but they are available all the time at Target and Walgreens for a reasonable price (Not that this is something bad, quite the opposite). Now you see me and Eleven Madison though help to keep the myth of exclusivity, that Monarchs are something really special.
It has been a while since the last exclusive release of Monarchs, as far as I know therefore, I would bet on this is one.

Probably gonna use my Elite points from the holiday wheel to snag one or two of these. "Gotta catch 'em all!" (even though I don't have the gold one)

So I just realized I don't have many orange color decks in my collection so this works for me. Plus I do love Monarchs. They were my introduction to the world of collectible/custom playing cards so they are kinda special to me.

Hm, yeah ok. I changed my mind gonna grab a few more of these. Thanks guys!

I hope they are a nice orange, on my phone, they look more yellow. Maybe even a mustard yellow.

Seeing that these are Chineses New Year, I doubt orange. The colours of the Chinese flag (pre-WWII) and the emporers was always yellow.

I would guess the color is going to be similar to that of a tangerine. I'm definitely in for a few though!

Same here. Even if I don't like the color, I can toss a few decks in the back of the pile and use them for trades in a few years when people are wanting these to fill out their collection.

I like how the backs look but overall not enough to buy.

Throughout the year, we might see better looking decks related to the holiday.

I picked up a couple. Haven't bought any Monarch decks since the first white variation but I like the look if it I think it is about time to add another Monarch to the collection.

Yeah, the website definitely looks yellow on my computer and states it is yellow. I'll pass.

I’ll sell you one of mine and throw in a limited edition, oriental version of the ultra rare Bin Wang deck for $125...

I have Monarch fatigue. Too many white versions and they definitely jumped the shark with the purple version. This one is not even that attractive. If T11 wasn't baiting you guys with their typical misleading claims of artificial "rarity", most of you would be passing. Trust me, thousands of these have been printed and they will be available again outside of this week. The only way I'm going to believe any T11 deck is truly limited or rare is if they come out and disclose the actual print run of 500 decks or less. Hell, even 1000 decks or less. but of course, they're never going to do that because fanboys and collectors are too easily baited.

The only Monarchs worth having, in my opinion, are the original red version and the Gold Monarchs. Maybe one of the white versions, but I can't even remember which.

Tavern on the Green was limited, by T11 standards.
