They'll be released in December. Others might have a better idea with how to obtain Japan-specific Bicycle decks.

Easy (but not cheap) route for US based folks is always Dave Hofmeister aka pokerstud52 on eBay. You can avoid eBay fees by contacting him via mail. He dropped it once or twice in here, in threads of Japan specific Bicycle decks.

If you are getting a few decks to help with shipping this can be a decent option

I have used the minne.com site for his decks using the worldshopping service prior to zenmarket. Went smoothly.

Aren't these just representations of John Tenniel's work? There are quite a few decks that use these illustrations because of the fact that they are in the public domain. If you like that art you can find them in Alice in Wonderland (Macmillan version) for one example. Not done exactly the same way of course, but does have that art.
