These days... in this crazy mixed-up world... Backing a S17 Kickstarter is one of the sanest things you can do!!! :D

Absolutely agreed. Madness is what my wallet will call it though.

Yep, this looks to be epic. A no-brainer for sure. Lorenzo's artwork is just stunning. His reputation to handle complex Kickstarter campaigns involving complex productions is absolutely solid.

I have cut way back on my spending but I will need to make sure I support at the same level as I did Vol 1. Everything will be out of balance if I don't.

I'm thrilled that he decided to print with WJPC for this. My one complaint for the previous version is that the texture on the cards made the more intricate foiling look muddy.

It's great. He's quite articulate with his spoken English.

Any news on Editions? Will Windwatcher be the rarest amongst all EoTo v2 decks or there will some more ltd deck?

He's too popular to go super limited anymore. No more need for artificial rarity and hype!

70 spots for Windwatcher tier for those who want one, but the rest of the decks aren't limited. I like it this way.

Good catch kevork. Since I already have two Windwatcher decks from my Patreon account, I just mentally took it off the table. So nice to just ignore that option and let others fight over them.

That's why it's worth being a patron of his. I'm surprised you're not.

It is a shame we will not be getting a stone golem model.

Was just looking over the preview link he gave to patreon...this is definitely gonna be a good one.

Looking at the stretch goals 300% is "the claw" (no explanation given), first thought was "this ones definitely doing multiples"...but then I looked at what hes set the goal to 70k euro. ($75,777 says the converter...cute).

If theres any project that might do it its this one but..thats a lot.

Well, Eye of the Ocean I raised 323,000 Euro, so EOTO II getting to 210,000 Euro is definitely in the realm of possibility, but I think it will be hard to match that amount now. It might be tough. Just for grins, my pledge for EOTO was an EB Master Gunner for a measly 139 Euro. However, with my add-ons, that increased to an all-in cost of 1,216 Euro  And, I bought a fair amount of surplus stuff on Lorenzo's shopify site too. Not sure I want to go that crazy this year. Not sure i can afford it...

Just for grins, below was my pledge breakdown.

I got the Quartermaster tier for volume one as I was getting the Quartermaster deck for Tony as I recall. Got in as quick as I could and was still only #44.

A shame that the stone golem is off the table for now.
Overall I'm still stoked. It's rare that a part 2 makes me more excited than the first but this is a mayor upgrade compared to the already awesome first set of decks.
