From the Kings Wild Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/kingswildproject):
Starting on Saturday, October 4th - Monday, October 6th I will be having a Kings Wild Halloween Overrun sale. The sale will be for a very short time and will last while supplies remain. This will be a great opportunity for you to grab a fully custom Kings Wild deck for around $5, so that you can enjoy the art and not have to worry about opening a collector's item.

With every deck production, overrun decks are produced. We wanted to create a fun way for us to make these overrun decks available to you at a ridiculous price. Each deck IS UNWRAPPED and out of the cellophane and will have the silver Kings Wild Seal placed on the top of the deck. These decks are not damaged or second hands. The overrun decks will only be sold in 6 packs and mixed bricks. Each six pack and mixed brick will include a random assortment of the decks pictured and listed below. In order to keep things simple we will not guarantee what decks you receive or let you choose, but we will make every effort to give you a great assortment. You will also receive a free V1 Federal 52 Collectors Brick Box if you order a mixed brick.

Possible Deck Combinations:
Standard Continental
Standard Crown
LTD Bakerstreet
Holmes
Moriarty v2
Branded White Reserve Note
Unbranded Silver Certificate

I for one think this is a great idea- for buyer and seller (a.k.a. Jackson) alike.

Should be 10AM for you on the left coast, 1PM for those of us in the NYC timezone. 7PM or 19.00 in Central Europe.

There's a Hound of Baskervilles deck in the coffin. Not sure if surprise or for artistic purposes.

I went for the half brick offer.
The shipping to germany was $21.
If i had went for the brick at $50 it would have been $90 shipped plus 19% customs taxes = $107 USD
i´m hoping for the Moriaty V2 to be included in my set :)

I'm game. Let's see what's in those bricks of "overrun" decks. We paid an awesome $61/13 = $4.69 per deck with shipping.

Went for 6.
Shipping to the uk for a brick was $40. International shipping is such a killer!

Went for a full brick the moment it came up at noon. I absolutely LOVE sales like this since I open all my decks anyhow so I don't even care that their open, especially for the price. I could use a few extras to play with and actually I don't have very many JR decks (just Fed 52 and branded black reserve). I would hope, and expect, that I would get one of each which would be awesome to finally get a number of them that I didn't get in on before. I love the thought of getting a few more copies of reserve note decks, it has to be my very favorite deck for sure. Although Origins and Curator are close behind.

Any guesses when it will sell out? Not knowing what original inventory was I would still guess within 12 hours, but if not then after 12 hours likely just 2-4 options left. It would be REALLY nice if at some point they update what's available for those who come late to the party. Shouldn't be an issue for us early birds though! :)

I never usually buy bricks or half bricks... Is $11 shipping within the US for 6 decks a normal price? Doesn't seem like it to me and that was my deal breaker on this otherwise awesome sale.

I shipped half brick today for $6. I guess the shipping is relative to how far in the US it's going so they just round it off?

i'm pulling this out from between my cheeks, but I'm pretty certain it said "Priority Mail" (for $11) to ship a brick. That's a VERY reasonable price for 2- or 3-day delivery from the date it is posted.

Same price for Canada... And $21 for 6 decks. Too high IMO. I didn't buy.

I grabbed a brick. I said WTH, might as well. I don't think $11 for a brick is too bad and now I have decks to play with. It'd be nice to get at least one of each of the decks offered.

One would think these will sell out quickly given the very reasonable prices Jackson is selling these for. Given that you get at most a 10% overrun from the USPCC, there should only be a few hundred of each deck. For example, the Moriarty v.2 indicates a print run of 2750 decks (if the deck seal is accurate), so there can only be at most 275 extra decks, and probably far less than that due to post KS sales on his site and the possibility there wasn't a full 10% overrun.

What has me curious is why aren't these decks be wrapped in cellophane? I get why they may not have a deck seal, but I can't see why these wouldn't be wrapped in cellophane. Maybe he's differentiating the overrun decks from the regular decks by removing the cellophane. Blowing out his excess inventory in this manner can potentially undercut the value of his decks, so maybe removing the cellophane wrap is one way he's trying to preserve the value of his regular decks.
