Saw this on Kardify's Card Radar and found out more from the shop online:

AFEW, a german online sneaker shop, has collaborated with New Era and Japanese Magician Yuta Mayurama to create some new products, including a deck of cards (printed by USPCC). If you purchase the jacket (250 euros), you will get 3 free decks and if you purchase the hat (45 euros), you get one free deck. You can also buy the limited set, which includes a USB, a notebook and a deck (40 euros) or buy the cards separately (by brick for 70 euros or singles for 8 euros). The prices include EU tax, so if you ship outside of the EU, it will be cheaper, but then you have to pay for shipping (30 euros to ship a brick to the US)

Just received mine today. Unfortunately, the box they arrived in was completely beat up and torn. The decks inside were scratched and had a few corner bumps
