People or agencies to manage Kickstarter projects?

As I've mentioned in the thread, the creator of the Gakondo playing cards, Maxime, is not allowed to crowdfund using Kickstarter from Rwanda. The country is not listed in the Kickstarter included countries. Now, even with decent artwork, he's struggling to put his creation onto the international stage. Without Kickstarter, he could only go with Indiegogo, which as far as I know, doesn't generate enough attention in the card community. For myself, as much as I like to help, I have my personal obligations and could not handle a compaign full-time...

Does anyone know anything about who or any agency that are likely to help run a playing card crowdfunding on Kickstarter?

Will would have been my first recommendation. The only other one I can think of might be Albino Dragon, but I don't know if he does campaigns for others like Will does.

I can imagine Will is overwhelmed with projects! He has been on fire and seems to have a midas touch getting projects sucessfully funded on Kickstarter. But heck, he gets the designs improved and puts great prices for USPCC printed decks. His gilding option for an extra $10 is nice too. I am still waiting on my first gilded decks from him. Soon hopefully...
