The goal posts seem to move all the time with criticism of any theory11 release. Starting to think it’s more that their name is attached to it than about the design itself as the reason why people don't want to like it, cause they’ve answered a lot of the criticisms with most of their recent releases. That’s a shame.

these are right up my alley
reasonably priced at $13 and made in usa
other creators should take notes on how to promote and sell their decks without the need to overcharge and:or gouge the avg consumer on a new release
t11 has always priced their decks accordingly
buying a brick now

Isn't that how it always has been? There have always been fanboys who are head over heels into everything a brand does and there are always haters who only wait to find something to nitpick or in worst cases hate for no objective reason. Narrow mindsets come for a dime in a dozen 🤷🏿‍♀️.
But don't forget that most of the regulars in here are quite seasoned collectors and with (collecting) age and growing collections a lot of folks get pickier and pickier. I for example have circa 20+ different TXI decks thus TXI has to kinda outdo themselves to make me purchase a deck because I don't look forward to have a same same but different but still the same deck in my collection.
You want to reclaim your mind and get it out of the hands of the cultural engineers who want to turn you into a half-baked moron consuming all this trash that’s being manufactured out of the bones of a dying world.

i think harvon is mostly correct here. one can look across many industries or genres to find many examples of a once popular thing/band/game/company that were once wildy popular and then at some point it becomes more fashionable to crap on them than to like them. almost the opposite of the hype deck in our circle. the deck or company with shit designs that become popular and people like them because other people like them. in some cases, people hate stuff just because other people hate stuff. personally, i have my own reasons for not purchasing anything t11 but they are one of the kings when it comes to tuck design and features for relatively low prices. if it werent for reasons, i feel i would still be buying every one of their decks for the most part, with exception of any Disney owned IP's.
