It's not functional. The courts extend out to the cut border. It's a marked deck in a bad way...
Edit: I watched his video. He has definitely smoked more than me. His goal is to high with quality playing cards and he is selling to many weird "fluff items"

If the deck had a reasonable funding goal with beautiful cola pics/drawings instead of the third grade like drawings presented, the deck might do well in Colorado, USA. Gotta luv the stoner eyes!!

I started to design a great deck... but then I got high.... Sorry Couldn't help it.
