Just saw these in an email. I actually kinda like the card backs and the Ace shown but the tuck is lacking for me. Not sure if I want to pick up a deck or two, but he does ask for our help in helping him remain an independent artist, so, there is that.

Plus, in case you were wondering, he promises that this will be the last deck that has the Madisonist logo. No fingers crossed.

Have you sent an inquiry as to whether he lost your order? If you ordered in July and he hasn't shipped it yet, that's... troubling. And, odd.

I like the full bleed back design. It's understated.

I've only liked a few of the Madison decks, but, I might have to pick up one of these.

I have no experiences with ordering from his personal website, but my experience with artists that host their own webstores is to just email them. Was it a pre-order, maybe?

I saw a note on his website that said they were going to start shipping at Halloween. Uh...I don't think so. He is taking orders for a few other decks. Would be nice if he sent these out first.

Watched you review. You should have drawn tattoos all over your hands. As for DM being fun and interesting on his video channel I think he comes across as arrogant and a "goth" wanna be. Just my opinion.

I was finally able to get a refund through Chase. They made me prove that Madison was not responding to my emails. The toughest part was that I never received an email receipt, just a thanks for your purchase.

Glad to be done with this one. I won't be going back.

That's ridiculous. How would you prove that something DIDN'T happen?

You can't, but maybe you're crafty enough to make a low-paid customer service employee think that you've proven a negative and get whatever it is you need in return.

I'm surprised Chase made that big of a deal out of it. I bank with a credit union, not a giant commercial bank with literally trillions of dollars in assets, and they don't make me jump through any hoops over getting a refund for things I even suspect might be fraudulent.

In retrospect, I am glad I did not end up going out of my way to pre-order these. That sucks that DM basically obsconded with people's money. Then again, he has built a public persona around being a card cheat-- maybe it's not just his branding image.
